Do you charge a restocking fee on returns?
Yes, we charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.
What happens if I never receive the item I ordered?
We retain proof of shipping on all products. You may not be shady but that other guy was. We are still the “little guy” and have to protect ourselves. That said, we can provide proof that we shipped the product but are not responsible once it leaves our hands. We default ship USPS. If you would prefer we ship with a tracking number through UPS, just let us know and we will adjust the order for you.
What method of shipping do you use?
We generally use USPS for shipping. If you prefer to use UPS or FedEx just let us know and we will adjust the order for you and provide you with a tracking number (could cost a few extra bones though).
If I return an item to you, do I have to pay for the shipping?
Yes please. FYI this will never happen you will love everything you order!
Can I customize my shirt color and ink color?
Unfortunately, these are all limited runs so that’s a negative ghostwriter. But, hopefully sometime soon we will be able to do that. Donations are accepted!
What do the shirts look like?
All the shirts are a fitted women’s style with cap sleeves.

I just received my shirt but I ordered the wrong size. Help.
Well then, send it back!

Email us first(mimi[at]mimijude[dot]com) to arrange the return. Then, you can send back the shirt for a refund within 2 weeks from the time that it arrived at your door. If it’s been longer than two weeks in your possession don’t kick yourself too hard…you still have another two weeks to return it for a store credit towards future happy times with MIMIJUDE!

Keep in mind though, there is a restocking fee on returns.

I received a shirt as a gift with a gift receipt but I need to return it because I am silly. How does that work?
email us at mimi[at]mimijude[dot]com to arrange the return and then just send the shirt back with a copy of the gift receipt. As long as it is within 30 days from time of gift receipt, we will then issue you a store credit via email.
I live in another country and I want to order a shirt. Do you ship internationally?
YES! We gladly ship internationally and the postage will be added at check out. Don’t worry though, we don’t mark it up like the other guys—it will be very reasonable. Also, keep in mind that we are required to fill out the pretty green customs forms when we ship internationally so you may be responsible to pay duties when the package arrives…depends on your country.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
